Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Bellevue area. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in pharmacy practice within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Location:
- Bellevue, WA (near Seattle)
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and in a timely manner
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions
- Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers and patients
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records
- Participate in medication therapy management and patient education
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with a current state license valid in Washington
- Experience in clinical pharmacy and prescription processing
- Strong knowledge of drug therapies, interactions, and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
