In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting, create and implement personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient progress.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while upholding high clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
You will achieve success by:
- Reviewing patients' medical histories
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns
- Creating individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Compensation
The compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, which includes productivity incentives, along with additional earning opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
