What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across Receiving, Shipping, and Production departments
- Use Pack Manager system to reconcile inventory and report discrepancies
- Oversee and guide support staff; assist in training and daily operations
- Prepare pick lists, verify materials, and ensure smooth production flow
- Perform cycle counts, physical counts, and monthly audits to ensure 100% accuracy
- Support safety initiatives, perform daily walkthroughs, and coach team members on best practices
- Handle clerical tasks including data entry, spreadsheets, emails, and phone communication
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of inventory control experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems (Excel, inventory software, data entry)
- Ability to lead, train, and collaborate with team members
- Commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement
