Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory planning, cost control, and risk mitigation. This role develops supply chain strategy, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures material availability, cost efficiency, and compliance to support production and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, production plans, and financial targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members.
  • Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability. Resolve issues promptly, manage supplier evaluations, and lead performance reviews.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize procurement technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, systems, and cost structure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, logistics, and inventory strategies.
  • Experience in semiconductor, precision, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing, international logistics, and trade compliance.
  • Experience leading cost-reduction and supply chain transformation initiatives.
