Job Title: Mechanical Technician
1st shift - $24-$28/HR
Job Description
The primary function of the Electromechanical Technician is to perform mechanical assembly, installation, commissioning, testing, and wiring of components on a wide variety of equipment designed and built with precise specifications. This role involves building, tapping, and drilling in control panels, and wiring each panel onto the piping systems, all based on schematics and blueprints. The work environment is a project-based shop, not a production line, ensuring each week and month presents new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assemble complex machines by constructing machinery from start to finish using precision tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide the assembly process.
- Install and integrate components such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts into complete machines.
- Commission, test, and troubleshoot machines to verify functionality and ensure optimal performance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
