As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in patient care, addressing a diverse range of medical issues and injuries. Your capacity to quickly assess and treat patients, particularly during acute illnesses or trauma, will be essential. You will collaborate closely with the emergency room team leader and acute care nurse to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement tailored care plans.
• Administer treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate patients and their families according to individual needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and provide care in a manner that is free from discrimination.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control measures diligently.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Current, valid nursing license in California.
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications are mandatory; NRP and TNCC must be obtained within one year of employment.
