This role will be located at one of Clive Collective's Concepts in North Scottsdale. Modern Italian Steakhouse |or| Asian-American Fusion Restaurant & Sushi.
Job Summary
Pantry Cooks are responsible for salads, cold appetizers, desserts, and composed cold dishes. Attention to detail and plating precision are essential to ensure CLIVE's presentation standards are met every time.
Key Responsibilities
Prep and execute cold dishes and desserts with speed and care.
Maintain organization of pantry stations and cold storage.
Handle delicate garnishes, microgreens, and sauces properly.
Assist in prep and breakdown tasks for your station.
