We are seeking a passionate and experiencedSpeech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in students' lives.ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time SLP to join a supportive school district in Seattle, WA.


Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Caseload: K-12
  • Start Date: ASAP


Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports.


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid WASLP license
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Interview Process:

  1. Initial Screening 10-15 min call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  2. Virtual Interview 20-30 min interview with the school district
  3. Offer Decision Typically within 24-48 hours after the interview
