Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast-paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self-driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive-thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive-thru areas
- Ensure compliance with Subway’s operational policies and food safety standards
- Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
- Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets
- Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a drive-thru setting
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills

PREREQUISITES Education: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: A minimum of 2 year in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
