Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Processing payments to vendors and employees
- Depositing checks and handling cash from tenants and vendors
- Answering phone calls and corresponding with tenants and vendors
- General office filing
- Managing and archiving old documentation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in bookkeeping required
- Proficiency in Quickbooks required
- Fluent in English
- Spanish skills a plus!
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
