About the Role
Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute data-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Reporting directly to leadership, youll manage our digital strategy from end to endacross SEO, PPC, email, and social mediawith a focus on performance, efficiency, and creativity.
You'll be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, leveraging HubSpot, AI tools, and analytics to optimize campaigns, grow our online presence, and support sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and building high-impact marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing plans across SEO, PPC, email, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content for web, blog, social, and newsletters.
- Drive lead generation and track campaign performance using HubSpot and internal tools.
- Grow engagement across the companys and CEOs social media channels.
- Analyze competitors and report on marketing KPIs and ROI monthly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support the sales team with marketing materials.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflow and enhance content strategies.
- Maintain website content and optimize for SEO and user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and email automation.
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
