Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician will operate and support CNC machining centers, including setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting. This role involves loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts into and out of CNC machines, monitoring multiple machines simultaneously to ensure continuous and efficient operation, and changing and adjusting machine tools as needed to meet production specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Interpret and work from technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and blueprint interpretation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Great character, work ethic, and attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to stand for long periods of time.
- Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Work Environment
Candidates must be open to all shifts. The facility operates on 1st Shift from Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am - 7:30pm, an Overnight Shift from Monday to Wednesday, 7:00pm - 7:30am, a Weekend 1st Shift from Thursday to Saturday, 7:00am - 7:30pm, and a Weekend Overnight Shift from Thursday to Saturday, 7:00pm - 7:30am. Employees will work in a brand new, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that is clean and safe.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellabell, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.25/hr.
