Our client in Plymouth Meeting Pa is looking for a bilingual internal recruiter. Role Summary

The Senior Internal Recruiter is responsible for leading high-quality, high-volume recruiting efforts for our client's landscape maintenance and construction divisions.

This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating the hiring of field employees across multiple branches and operational teams. The Internal Recruiter plays a critical role in maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified field personnel candidates across multiple branches, while improving hiring efficiency, retention, and workforce quality.

The Senior Internal Recruiter will actively recruit through various sources such as online sourcing, networking, referrals, community outreach, and workforce events while working closely with operational leaders to support hiring priorities and workforce planning.

This position requires strong communication skills. Having bilingual Spanish proficiency is mandatory. The position also requires the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, field-driven environment focused on recruiting, relationship building, and proficient staffing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Pipeline Development & Talent Sourcing

· Candidate Pipeline: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified field candidates.

· Active Recruiting: Source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, trade schools, workforce programs and direct recruiting efforts.

· Industry Hiring: Recruit high-volume field positions including laborers, drivers, operators, and crew members within the landscaping and construction industries.

Recruiting Strategy & Operations

· Growth Alignment: document the recruiting strategy and ensure close alignment with the company’s operational growth needs.

· Workforce Awareness: Maintain awareness of labor market conditions and recruiting challenges impacting field operations.

· Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and hiring communication.

Community Engagement & Employer Branding

· Job Fair Representation: Represent the company at job fairs, workforce events, trade schools, and community recruiting opportunities.

· Relationship Building: Develop relationships with workforce organizations, training programs, trade schools, and local community groups to support recruiting efforts.

· Employer Presence: Promote client as a professional, growth-oriented workplace for field employees.

Workforce Support & Cross Department Collaboration

· Hiring Support: Partner with operational leaders to coordinate staffing needs, hiring priorities, and onboarding schedules.

· Operational Alignment: Communicate regularly with managers and field leaders regarding staffing needs and hiring progress.

· Employee Experience: Support a positive candidate and onboarding experience through timey communication and follow-through.

Process Development & Recruiting Infrastructure

· Recruiting Metrics: document the proven recruiting process steps that are helping set, analyze, and achieve the agreed upon recruiting metrics

· Recruiting Workflows: document the proven recruiting process steps that ensure the Recruiting Metrics are consistently achieved and the processes are scalable.

· Candidate Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate tracking systems for applicant records, hiring activity, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Snow Removal

· Operational Support: Assist with snow operations as needed, including staffing coordination and operational communication during weather events.

Leadership & Culture

· Model professionalism and company values while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Spanish. Ability to effectively communicate with field employees, candidates, and operational leaders.

· Industry Recruiting: 3+ years of recruiting experience in landscaping, construction, skilled trades, or other high-volume field operations environments.

· High-Volume Hiring: Proven ability to source, recruit, and coordinate hiring for multiple field positions in a fast-paced operational environment.

· Proven Recruiting Process: provide expertise in proven, scalable recruiting processes.
