Devon Creek Landscaping is seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to run skid steers, front-end loaders, and payloaders during the 2025–2026 snow season. We service commercial properties and require operators who are experienced, safety-driven, and available for on-call winter work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, loaders, and/or payloaders equipped with snow pushers or buckets
• Clear large commercial lots, drive lanes, loading areas, and access roads
• Coordinate with plow truck drivers and shovel crews onsite
• Maintain safe operation in low-visibility and icy conditions
• Respond promptly to storm call-outs, including overnight and early-morning hours
• Conduct basic equipment checks (fluids, hydraulics, lights, tires, etc.) before and after use
• Follow site maps, supervisor directions, and property-specific requirements
• Complete tasks efficiently to ensure timely service for all locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, or payloaders)
• Prior snow removal experience strongly preferred
• Must be fully available during all snow events
• Strong understanding of safe snow operations and equipment handling
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned sites
• Must be 18+
