Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the owner with daily sales and customer inquiries
  • Manage and maintain inventory records
  • Provide excellent customer service (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Support office administrative duties
  • Create and manage social media marketing content (Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram)
  • Help organize and track orders and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (retail, B2C, or online)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Marketing or social media experience
  • Background or strong interest in fitness is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and dependable with a strong work ethic
