Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the owner with daily sales and customer inquiries
- Manage and maintain inventory records
- Provide excellent customer service (phone, email, and in-person)
- Support office administrative duties
- Create and manage social media marketing content (Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram)
- Help organize and track orders and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience (retail, B2C, or online)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Marketing or social media experience
- Background or strong interest in fitness is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and dependable with a strong work ethic
