Job DescriptionDuties/Responsibilities:

  • Being detail-oriented, you verify and update customer information, schedule appointments.
  • Create work orders, and dispatch service technicians.
  • You also follow up after services are complete to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • In addition to keeping customers happy, you also help with sorting and distributing mail.
  • Completing invoicing, processing payments, handling accounts payable, running reports.
  • Tracking employees' daily time, and updating software with details regarding material, equipment, and expense orders.
