SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Director of Marketing and Partnerships is responsible for driving growth and engagement by promoting Vibrant Health’s services to increase community awareness and attract new patients. This role leads marketing and business development initiatives, creating and executing strategies to increase the number of patients while strengthening the organization’s brand through impactful design and messaging.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Maintaining and managing brand standards and brand integrity.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Developing and producing marketing materials for multiple audiences.
  • Overseeing digital marketing and social media content and execution.
  • Developing a business development plan to increase awareness of Vibrant Health and leads to patient growth.
  • Creating and maintaining good working relationships with payors.
  • Leveraging a deep understanding of the Wyandotte County community to understand patient needs and position Vibrant Health services as a critical solution to healthcare.
  • Overseeing and directing Outreach Manager and outreach activities.
  • Supporting impactful patient programming and events.
  • Supporting Philanthropy team by creating materials and generating ideas as needed.
  • Working with clinical and organizational staff to understand our patients and their needs.
  • Carrying out Vibrant Health’s mission: We provide access for all to integrated and high-quality care that fosters health beyond our walls.
    • Accepts and uses supervision, direction and consultation to maximize available resources in the completion of work duties.
    • All job responsibilities will be carried out under the direction of the organization’s policies and procedures.
    • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to maintain and improve effective functioning of the department and to advance the mission of the organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or GED.
    • Familiarity with graphic design programs and with video content and editing.
    • Strong communications capabilities, both verbal and written, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
    • Demonstrates genuine interest in people and exhibits superior interpersonal skills while cultivating empathy.
    • Able to take risks and challenge the status quo.
    • Strong analytical skills: able to interpret and compare data to form meaningful insights.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

  10. Demonstrate social and cultural sensitivity appropriate to ethnically and economically diverse patients, staff and community.
  11. Exhibit experience and working knowledge of local community resources.
  12. Hold current drivers license and reliable transportation.
  13. Travel to all parts of the facility and throughout the community.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bilingual fluency in written and oral English/Spanish.

  • Must have manual dexterity and experience to perform handwritten paperwork, recordkeeping, and filing.

  • Position involves extensive use of computer, telephone, fax and copier equipment.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful clearance from Criminal, Kansas and Missouri Child/Elder Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender background investigations, TB testing, pre-employment drug testing, and verification of Hepatitis-B, flu and COVID-19 immunizations.
  • Occasional evening and weekend availability are required.
