Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals

  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in home, clinic, and community settings

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success

  • Maintain timely documentation and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

  • Assist in the ongoing development and structure of speech therapy services within a growing multidisciplinary environment

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license required

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field required

  • CCC-SLP preferred

  • Experience preferred

  • Experience with pediatric EMR systems such as CentralReach preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
