Job Description

Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a full-time, Supply Technician to provide support services to the Eglin AFB Logistics Materiel Control Activity (LMCA). This position will handle tasks within technical supply management, such as inventory, storage, cataloging, and property use. It requires knowledge of supply systems and procedures, an understanding of organizational needs, and analytical skills to interpret and apply guidelines to individual supply-related issues.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain logistics records, publications, and updates in compliance with AF supply guidance.
  • Support training efforts by maintaining SOPs, training materials, and custodian training plans.
  • Manage property accountability using DPAS, including labeling, cataloging, and asset record creation.
  • Perform customer support functions, including processing supply and equipment requests.
  • Track, validate, and coordinate Reports of Survey (ROS) for lost or damaged property.
  • Maintain inventory of Information Technology Equipment (ITE) in accordance with AFMAN 17-1203.
  • Conduct inventory audits and maintain custodial accountability for equipment.
  • Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and tracking materials.
  • Provide daily pickup and delivery services for supplies and equipment.
  • Support vehicle coordination tasks and administrative stock management.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail at designated AFRL mail facilities.



Requirements

  • USAF veterans or prior military experience preferred.
  • Employees shall be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English, have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in email or verbally.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a secret security clearance.
  • Must have current state driver’s license.
  • At least two years of experience in equipment control, property accountability, material management, or other related support.
  • At least two years of experience in using computers in support of equipment control, property accountability, material management, or other related services.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position including being on your feet to include, traveling to laboratories and other facilities, and/or performing physical inventory activities.
  • Ability to be trained in the use of administrative tools and USAF computer systems.
