Cady Building Maintenance is a growing commercial cleaning company providing professional janitorial services throughout the region. We are committed to delivering reliable service, strong client relationships, and consistent quality across every account we manage.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Cleaning Customer Service Representative to oversee accounts and ensure our service teams deliver exceptional results. This is not a cleaning position. This role focuses on account management, inspections, and client relationship management.
Position Summary
This position serves as the primary contact for our commercial cleaning accounts. This role regularly visits client locations to perform inspections, maintain relationships with facility managers, resolve service concerns, and ensure our teams meet company quality standards.
This is a field-based position that works closely with operations leadership and cleaning contractors to maintain strong customer relationships and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial cleaning accounts
- Build strong relationships with facility managers and property managers
- Maintain high levels of account satisfaction and retention
Conduct Quality Inspections
- Perform regular site inspections at account locations
- Evaluate service quality and identify improvement opportunities
- Complete inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions
Resolve Service Issues
- Respond quickly to service concerns or complaints
- Investigate issues and coordinate solutions with operations teams
- Revisit accounts to ensure issues are fully resolved
Support Operations
- Assist with onboarding and transitioning new accounts
- Monitor service schedules and scope compliance
- Communicate staffing or service adjustments as needed
Reporting
- Maintain inspection records and service reports
- Update CRM or internal tracking systems
- Provide regular updates on account performance and opportunities
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in account management, operations supervision, or service management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Basic computer skills (email, reports, CRM systems)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Experience in janitorial services, facility services, building services, or property management
- Experience working with commercial service contracts or facility managers
