Full-Time | Outpatient Community Health

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care in an outpatient community health setting. This role is well-suited for a provider who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and serving diverse and underserved communities while working within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of general dentistry services

• Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and disease prevention

• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists to ensure quality patient care

• Coordinate referrals to specialty providers as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active and unrestricted California dental license

• Current BLS certification

• Prior community health experience preferred

Compensation

$156,000 – $202,800 annually (based on experience)
