What You'll Do:
- Inspect and test electronic assemblies to diagnose defects.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed.
- Identify and assist in resolving process or design issues.
- Conduct manual testing of circuits and PCBs following engineering guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Update test documentation for prototype products.
- Maintain lab equipment and perform basic mechanical work.
- Train and support less experienced technicians when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Associate degree in Electronics, a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum one year of related experience (preferred: three or more years).
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with assembly, disassembly, and mechanical work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
