Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join a growing team. This role is central to our day-to-day operations, supporting leadership with invoice and purchase order management, scheduling, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a reliable point of contact and trusted right hand to our leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting internal processes.


Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for approving all timecards
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars for senior team members
  • Order and manage office supply inventory
  • Provide ongoing administrative support, including ad hoc projects and urgent needs
  • Facilitate new hire orientation each Monday, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Support various internal projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
