This role is central to our day-to-day operations, supporting leadership with invoice and purchase order management, scheduling, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a reliable point of contact and trusted right hand to our leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting internal processes.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approving all timecards
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars for senior team members
- Order and manage office supply inventory
- Provide ongoing administrative support, including ad hoc projects and urgent needs
- Facilitate new hire orientation each Monday, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Support various internal projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
