What You’ll Do
- Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments
- Conduct medical assessments + consultations
- Develop personalized plans including:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Medical Weight Loss Programs
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience
- Maintain compliance with all safety and medical standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas NP or PA license
- Proven experience with cosmetic injections
- Experience (or strong interest) in HRT + weight loss
- Strong consultation and patient relationship skills
- Someone who is confident, ethical, and growth-minded
Bonus If You Have
- Existing client following
- Experience in a med spa or wellness clinic
- Passion for aesthetics + preventative health
Compensation
- $55–$85/hour + performance-based bonuses and commission (based on experience)
- Potential for performance-based incentives
