Salary: $80,000–$100,000 based on experience + bonus potential and full benefits

What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Lead all off shift warehouse and distribution activities
- Oversee receiving, order picking, staging, and shipping
- Staff, direct, and coach team members to meet daily goals
- Create structure, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies
- Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability
- Identify and fix problems before they repeat — anticipate instead of reacting
- Collaborate with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely, accurate outbound orders
- Maintain clear communication across shifts and departments
- Build a strong, engaged team culture on your shift
- Track shift performance metrics and report result to leadership
What You Bring to the Table
- BS degree preferred OR equivalent of 7+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, fix broken systems, and deliver measurable improvements
- 5+ years of distribution leadership experience is required, food distribution preferred, but not required
- Strong working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on leadership style — not just managing from the office
- Ability to identify root causes, eliminate repeat problems, and drive change
- Clear communicator who can lead from the front and hold people accountable
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
