Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An elementary school in Naperville, IL is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to a caseload of 40-50 students. This contract position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an initial 30-day duration and the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in meetings and communicate regularly with families about student progress
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential, including SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLP-CCC certifications
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and development in a diverse school environment
