Requirements:

• Graduate\nfrom an approved Nurse Practitioner school.
• \n\nNurse\nPractitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
• \n\nValid\nArizona Registered Nurse license.
• \n\nValid\nArizona Advanced Practice license.
• \n\nValid\nDEA certificate.
• \n\nCurrent\nBasic Life Support certification.
• \n\nCertification\nin CPR and AED through American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines.
• \n\nValid\nLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public\nSafety (for behavioral health locations).
• \n\nValid\nArizona driver’s license.
• \n\nExperience\ntreating adults with chronic and acute conditions.
• \n\nUnderstanding\nof clinical methods and techniques.
• \n\nStrong\ninterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients,\nassociates, and the general public.
• \n\nBasic\nproficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
• \n\nBasic\ncomputer efficiency and comfort with electronic health record systems.
• \n\nExperience\nin geriatrics or with patients who have multiple chronic conditions.
• \n\nAbility\nto work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
• \n\nA\ndemonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
