Job Title: AGS - Customer Service Representative 1
Location: 3004 Spring Industrial Drive Suite C Powder Springs GA 30127 (Onsite)
Duration: 3-4 months possible permanent depending on needs of the business
Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
Note:
- Schedule/ Remote Flexibility: -Onsite 5 days a week
- Work Hours: 8:00-4:30
- Interview Process: Phone screen and in person interview if selected.
- Preferred Interview Times: Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-11:00; 1:00-3:00pm

MANAGER INTAKE NOTES:
- Dispatch, administrative task, reporting.
Job description:
- Dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls to technicians.
- Management of incomplete work orders and coordinating tech's returns.
- Updating customer with ETA's.
- Good communication skills required.
- 2 years of experience.
Education and Experience requirement: Microsoft excel
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
