School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting. The SLP will provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to a caseload of approximately 45–50 students, helping them develop the communication skills needed for academic and social success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45–50 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
