Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage general ledger accounts and perform periodic reconciliations.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial statements and reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, calculate, and present financial data.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of accounting activities and procedures.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes.• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and managing general ledger accounts.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
