Position: Server
Reports To: General Manager (Overall) / Shift Manager (Daily)
Role Summary:
Deliver a high-energy, attentive dining experience while driving sales and maintaining strong table control. You are responsible for guest satisfaction from greeting to payment.
Key Responsibilities & Non-Negotiables:
- Greet guests promptly and build rapport
- Guide guests through menu, upsell food, drinks, and specials
- Accurately enter orders into POS
- Manage multiple tables efficiently (timing, pacing, check-ins)
- Deliver food and beverages with urgency and accuracy
- Handle payments and close checks correctly
- Maintain clean and organized sections
- Support teammates (running food, bussing, etc.)
Side Work & Station Responsibilities:
- Complete all opening and closing side work as assigned
- Clean, sweep, and mop assigned areas to standard
- Roll silverware and maintain required par levels
- Prepare and restock tea, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages
- Cut and maintain fresh drink garnishes
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay composed in high-volume environments
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Nights, weekends, and holidays availability
What Success Looks Like:
- High guest satisfaction and repeat customers
- Strong sales per guest (upselling)
- Minimal order errors and comps
