Heavy civil construction company looking for an experienced accounting manager capable of helping the staff with solutions and perform duties to keep the accounting department progressing forward.

Candidate skills should include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Strong understanding of releases and liens
• Experienced in Excel, Quickbooks and Sage 100
• Enter payables and respond to vendors on payment status
• Payroll and Compliance
• Managing processes and procedures for the staff

Degree not required but would be preferred.

Compensation will be highly competitive based on experience.
