We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers for our growing team in Shakopee! This 1st shift opportunity offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with a supportive work environment where precision and pride go hand-in-hand. You’ll help build components found in everything from hospital beds to farm machinery—products that make an impact across healthcare, agriculture, and government sectors.

🕗 Shift Details
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour days
- Weekends off to recharge and refocus
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical components with hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions and interpret blueprints
- Perform visual and measurement checks with calipers and micrometers
- Maintain safety standards while working in a clean, climate-controlled space
✔️ What You Bring
- 1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and stay detail-oriented
- Bonus: experince in auto mechanics, medical assembly, or electrical components

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.00/hr.
