Job Description

The Physician (Professional Exempt) role offers a salary of $200,000-$250,000 plus a $100,000 signing bonus and additional bonuses, reporting to the Medical Director and supervising clinical staff such as mid-levels, RNs, LVNs, and MAs.

This position involves providing direct outpatient patient care, including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic treatments. The physician supports dental services if offered, works collaboratively with staff, and participates in quality assurance and staff meetings. Qualifications include an active California medical license, current CPR, ACLS, DEA certifications, and preferably board certification in family practice.

Key duties encompass patient history-taking, examinations, diagnostics, treatment, patient education, supervision of mid-level providers, and ensuring quality care. The role requires effective communication, professionalism, adherence to regulations, and contributing to patient satisfaction. Physical requirements involve standard clinical activities, exposure to bodily fluids, and travel to other sites.
