Compensation:
$30 - $48 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one physical therapy sessions to clients, ensuring each treatment is tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance well-being.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to address musculoskeletal issues, fostering improved mobility and pain relief.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in continuous professional development through in-house education and certification opportunities.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness within the Fort Worth-Arlington area.
- Work closely with a supportive team to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall client care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering personalized physical therapy sessions, focusing on manual therapy techniques.
- Ability to assess patient health through comprehensive interviews and physical examinations.
- Proven track record of documenting patient care services accurately and efficiently.
- Skill in developing and implementing patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Familiarity with maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all regulations.
- Commitment to updating job knowledge through continuous education and professional development.
- Experience in instructing and counseling patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness maintenance is a plus.
