Blazer Jobs has an opening for a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role is located in Wyoming, DE and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment supporting students through direct therapy and evaluations.

Job Description:
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. This includes therapy, evaluations, and IEP support. Caseload and grade levels are to be determined based on student needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and write IEPs
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
• Collect and track progress monitoring data
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP license/certification required
• Must provide confirmation of active licensure upon submission
• SLPAs are not being considered for this role
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience:

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Education:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
