Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position covering the greater Dayton, OH area, requiring at least 1 year of PT experience with an adult and geriatric patient population.
Details
- Home health setting covering the Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Springfield, and Dayton geographic areas
- Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
- Productivity expectation of 7 visits/day or 35 visits/week
- Monday through Friday schedule; no weekends required, though flexible scheduling allows weekend visits at the clinician's discretion
- Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- EMR system is Home Care Home Base; training provided if the candidate does not have prior experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- Current state PT license required if applicable
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

- Home Care Home Base EMR training will be provided on-site if needed
