Qualified Candidate MUST be capable of overseeing all installations and install crews
Required Skills:

<li>Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills</li>
<li>Able to lead and manage crews</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset in the field</li>
<li>Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>5+ years of window installation experience and 3+ years of field supervisory experience</li>
</ul>
