Job DescriptionNow Hiring: MIG Welders (Multiple Shifts Available)
We are currently seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help ensure production quality by completing repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders. If you take pride in precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG repair welding on production parts
- Set up and adjust jigs and fixtures
- Operate welding equipment to meet production and quality standards
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, gauges) to ensure accuracy
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Complete additional tasks such as:
- Spot welding
- Buffing and deburring
- Loading/unloading jigs
- Packing, sorting, and reworking parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately complete production and quality records
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Experience in manufacturing, farm, or hands-on welding environments preferred
- Ability to pass an on-site weld test
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Machine loading experience is a plus
Pay & Schedule Options
We offer competitive pay based on shift:
- 1st Shift: $22.50/hr
- Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: $23.50/hr
- Mon–Thurs | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Weekend Days: $25.50/hr
- Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend Nights: $27.00/hr
- Fri–Sun | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
