Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our clinical team and elevate the quality of care for our residents. What You'll Do

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical programs
• Establish and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards
• Coordinate care across departments to ensure seamless resident services
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Address and resolve clinical concerns with effective action plans
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Guide team structure, staffing, and professional development
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies during surveys and inspections
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Administrator

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or a related setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead with confidence, fairness, and accountability
• A genuine passion for serving the senior population
