Sales Partner – Permanent LED Lighting (NEPL)
Commission-Based | $3/ft Base + Accelerator | $9k–$15k+/Month Potential
New England Permanent Lights (NEPL) is a new, fast-growing startup in a market with very little competition, offering Permanent Architectural LED Lighting across Connecticut and New England. Demand is exploding, and we’re looking for one strong Sales Partner to help handle our daily inbound leads and close high-ticket lighting projects.
This is a commission-only role with massive earning potential for someone who’s sharp on the phone, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that’s at the very beginning of an industry boom.
⭐ Compensation
Base Commission:

$3 per foot on every project
Accelerator After 20 Deals/Month:
-
$4.50 per foot on deals #21+
(150 ft avg = $675+ per accelerator job)
Monthly Earnings Examples:

20 jobs = $9,000/month
-
25 jobs = $12,375/month
No cap. The more you close, the more you make.

Respond to inbound leads within minutes

Call, text, and follow up daily

Set 15–20 appointments per week

Quote projects (virtual or in-home)

Measure footage via our photo tools

Present pricing same day

Close deals and collect deposits

Keep CRM clean and updated

Coordinate with installation team
