Location: Berlin, VT

Shift: Day | Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Schedule: 40 hours/week

🔍 Position Summary:
The Xray Supervisor will oversee daily operations and staff across multiple Xray service locations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance for imaging quality, manage equipment performance, and support team development in a newly unionized workplace. This role involves both administrative leadership and hands-on clinical responsibilities, offering a balanced blend of technical and managerial growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise technologists and daily operations of all Xray departments across service sites.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for imaging, equipment, and documentation.

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures while leading by example in patient care quality.

Support professional development of staff, including mentoring and clinical instruction.

Collaborate with Radiology Director and Manager on departmental policy, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Utilize EMR (Epic) and PACS (Visage) systems for efficient and accurate clinical workflows.

Foster an inclusive, team-centered environment within a unionized framework.
🎓 Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program (preferred).

Active ARRT certification.

Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Vermont.

Minimum 3 years of experience in radiologic imaging.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience highly preferred.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
