Bilingual Production Lead Duties:
- Set up the production line to run efficiently
- Oversee sanitation of equipment and work area throughout shift
- Train and mentor employees
- Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy while participating in hands-on food preparation
- Ensure overall line performance and adherence to food safety standards
Pay: $24
Shift: 6am start to (whenever the job is done)
- Weekend work required
- Mandatory daily overtime
Bilingual Production Lead Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Must be able to follow detailed written directions in English and Portuguese
- At least 2 years of food production experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Comfortable working in cold environments (34–37°F)
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
