Job DescriptionJoin Our Team!We are seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Technicians to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
Schedule:
- Thursday – Sunday
- 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning when required
- Follow sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines
- Properly use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
- Remove waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Complete sanitation logs and required documentation
- Follow all company safety, GMP, and PPE requirements
- Work efficiently to ensure production areas are ready for the next shift
Qualifications
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a wet, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Must be able to work the overnight schedule
