Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting

Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Provide direct instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
- Modify curriculum and use creative strategies to promote engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and student progress
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff
- Communicate regularly with families to celebrate achievements and address concerns
