Currently, we are in search of a committed School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Buckley, WA area.
Position Details:
- Hourly Rate: $55-$58
- Student Caseload: Up to 48 students, ranging from PreK to 12th grade
- Community: A diverse, family-friendly environment within a supportive school district
- Employment Dates: August 26, 2026 - June 16, 2027
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day
- Work Setting: In-person

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Washington State
- ESA certificate
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage specialized materials, equipment, and environments essential for the speech and language program
- Deliver educationally relevant communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders in various settings
- Evaluate the speech and language abilities of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals
- Provide resources, model strategies, and train team members on communication interventions
- Regularly communicate assessment results and student progress with school staff, parents, and, when appropriate, the students themselves
