Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity: School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

We are a leading organization in pediatric therapy and educational staffing, dedicated to connecting enthusiastic professionals with fulfilling opportunities in schools and clinics since 2004. Currently, we are in search of a committed School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Buckley, WA area.

Position Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $55-$58
  • Student Caseload: Up to 48 students, ranging from PreK to 12th grade
  • Community: A diverse, family-friendly environment within a supportive school district
  • Employment Dates: August 26, 2026 - June 16, 2027
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day
  • Work Setting: In-person

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Washington State
  • ESA certificate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage specialized materials, equipment, and environments essential for the speech and language program
  • Deliver educationally relevant communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders in various settings
  • Evaluate the speech and language abilities of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals
  • Provide resources, model strategies, and train team members on communication interventions
  • Regularly communicate assessment results and student progress with school staff, parents, and, when appropriate, the students themselves
