💰 Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (flexible for highly experienced candidates)
📍 Location: Maryland (Office + Local Job Sites)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time
🏢 Modality: Hybrid – Office & Field (Approx. 80% office / 20% site visits)
🚗 Travel: Local travel required (reimbursed mileage & parking)

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading projects from concept through completion while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
🎯 What You’ll Do
✔️ Manage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects simultaneously (10–15 projects ranging from $1K – $7M)
✔️ Oversee project schedules, scope, budgets, and deliverables
✔️ Act as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
✔️ Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting and expense tracking
✔️ Conduct field visits to verify site conditions, measurements, and installation requirements
✔️ Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure quality and installation accuracy
✔️ Lead and participate in weekly project meetings and status updates
✔️ Identify challenges early and drive effective problem solving
🧩 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
✅ Experience in architectural millwork or commercial interiors strongly preferred
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience considered)
✅ Strong scheduling and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Proficiency with MS Office / Excel (Smartsheet experience is a plus)
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
