Join Salisbury Behavioral Health, a division of RHA Health Services, as a Community-Based Family Therapist and help strengthen families through evidence-based therapy and support.

About the Role:

As a Community-Based Family Therapist, you will:

• Serve as the lead member of a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver individual, family, and team therapy sessions in homes and community settings
• Support treatment plans that build family cohesion, self-regulation, and stable support systems
• Work flexible hours that align with client needs, including some evenings or weekends

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation, or a related Human Services field
• At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents (CASSP family-based preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background clearances

$1,000 sign-on bonus paid in 3 increments

3 years of paid training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy through the Philadelphia Child and Guidance Center (eligible for state certification upon completion)
