Qualifications/Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience as Catering Chef or Banquet Chef in fine dining, scratch kitchen hotels or event venues</li>
<li>Progressive tenure in back-of-house operations with an affinity for fine dining, menu development, and scratch kitchen concepts</li>
<li>Expertise in managing catering operations exceeding $1M annually or more than 350 events per year</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of retaining and promoting from within</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of managing finances: inventory management, labor management, food cost control, ordering and vendor relations, and budgeting and forecasting</li>
