Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as Catering Chef or Banquet Chef in fine dining, scratch kitchen hotels or event venues
- Progressive tenure in back-of-house operations with an affinity for fine dining, menu development, and scratch kitchen concepts
- Expertise in managing catering operations exceeding $1M annually or more than 350 events per year
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of retaining and promoting from within
- Strong knowledge of managing finances: inventory management, labor management, food cost control, ordering and vendor relations, and budgeting and forecasting
