Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers, scientists, and creative thinkers? We are looking for energetic, part-time instructors to lead our high-energy STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) field trips and after-school programs starting this September.
Our curriculum is hands-on and project-based, designed to spark curiosity in children through collaborative "island" adventures. You don't need to be a scientist to apply—you just need a passion for teaching and the ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do

Lead engaging, 1-hour STEAM sessions for elementary-aged children.

Manage a classroom environment to ensure a fun, safe, and collaborative learning experience.

Handle light equipment logistics (setup and cleanup).

Follow our proven curriculum to deliver a world-class educational experience.
Schedule & Pay

Start Date: Early September 2026.

Pay: $50 per Afterschool session. Each session consists of 1 hour of instruction, plus 15 minutes of setup and 15 minutes of cleanup (1.5 hours total time commitment). Pay rate for leading the field trips and one off event is $25 per hour.

Requirements

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or camp counseling).

Reliable transportation to travel to various school and community sites in the Greater Milwaukee/Waukesha area.

A vibrant, "stage-ready" personality that can keep kids engaged.

Ability to pass a standard background check.
